~ Our quoted price assumes 5 to 8 people stay, which is the maximum occupancy capacity . 

~For 2 to 4 people stay, 17 euro will be deducted for each person less. That is, for instance, 2 people stay value is (quoted price-51) euro. 

~Weekly rates, however, -all discounts applied-, do not drop lower than 54euro per night, even for 2 or one person(s) stay. 

~Special, separate agreements may apply only for monthly, or, generally speaking, for longer period stays(more than 2 weeks). Please feel free to ask.
